Scheduling:
Scheduling over 100 sessions over three days is a very difficult
task. Every effort is made to balance languages, types of
workshops, etc. A/V requests also play a role in when and where
your session can be scheduled. Please inform NYSAFLT here if
there are any times during the conference when you are UNAVAILABLE
to present:
-
Registration:
With the exception of Pre and Post Conference presenters, guest
presenters from outside the LOTE profession and presenters who are
not attending any other portion of the conference, all presenters
are required to register for the conference. Please understand that
we could not afford to waive registration fees for over 90
presenters. Your dedication and your giving of your time and energy
to the profession are deeply appreciated. NOTE:
Presenters of an Exhibitor Showcase who are
registered as an exhibitor in the exhibit hall do
NOT need to also
register as a conference attendee.
My initials here signify that I understand that
all presenters, co-presenters, and hosts, with the exception of
guest presenters from outside the profession and presenters of pre-
and post-conference workshops, are required to register for the
conference at regular conference rates.
